Transfer Options

  • Articulation agreements increase transfer opportunities and baccalaureate degree options for students by maximizing the number of credits students will be able to transfer from PGCC to another institution.  Prince George's Community College has established articulation agreements with over 25 public and private four-year colleges and universities throughout the metropolitan area.  The transfer focus of the agreements includes bachelor's degree programs such as Allied Health, Business Management, Communications, Elementary and Special Education, Fine Arts, Forensic Studies, Information Technology, and Nursing.  Students can transfer to various area institutions including American University, Bowie State University, Georgetown University, Howard University, Towson University, University of Maryland Baltimore County, University of Maryland College Park, and University of Maryland University College.
