• e-Advising

    e-Advising services are available:

    Monday thru Thursday - 8:30am - 8:00pm

    Fridays - 8:30am - 5:00pm

All admitted students are required to use OWL MAIL (PGCC student e-mail account) to communicate with staff.  This is for student privacy and security as stated in FERPA.  You can activate your account by going to http://live.pgcc.edu.  Also, if you have been admitted to PGCC, include your assigned Student ID number in all e-mail communication.

Email communication is not available over the weekends, holidays, and college closings.

You may direct all questions concerning academic requirements, as well as college policies and procedures to the Advising and Transfer Center by e-mail: ADVISING@pgcc.edu

Note:  e-Advising is intended to answer routine advising questions and/or to resolve simple academic issues.  We may have to refer you to another office or ask you to come in-person to further resolve your questions or issues.

Due to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), we cannot release grades, test scores, and certain private information over the Internet or the telephone.

We will not do graduation review on-line.  Transfer in unofficial evaluation of transcript(s) from other colleges, may only be done in-person or via email to Advising@pgcc.edu.

Please note: the student must submit unofficial transcripts in PDF form which clearly shows the student's name, the name of the institution, academic coursework with grades and credits earned.
