    Prince George ’s Community College has retained Credentials Inc. to accept transcript orders for academic (credit) students over the Internet. If you do not have access to the Internet, call Credentials Inc. at 847-446-1027.

    Other ways to get your transcripts:  
     
     
    1. Mail your request to:  Transcript Clerk, PGCC, 301 Largo Road, Largo, MD  20774.  Include your name, student ID number, and a full address for wherever you wish the transcript sent.
    2. Visit any of the college's degree sites and fill out a "Transcript Request Form."    Besides the main campus in Largo, these sites are located in Laurel and Hyattsville (University Town Center), and at Joint Base Andrews in Clinton for military personnel. 
    3. "While you wait" service is available from 5 - 7 p.m. Monday - Thursday at the Office of Admissions & Records, Bladen Hall, Room 126, on the Largo campus. A maximum of three transcripts may be requested per evening. Please arrive by 6:45 p.m. to assure service prior to closing.
     
     
    The transcript fee is $6.00 per copy and $8.00 when requested over the internet.
     
    No transcript will be issued for any student or former student who has an outstanding debt with the college. 
     
     
    Enrollment Verification 
     
     Requests for official verification of enrollment cannot be processed until after the college's official semester withdrawal date. In the meantime, students may request an unofficial letter which indicates enrollment status for the fall by filling out a “Student Letter Request Form” available in the Admissions and Records Office during PEAK registration. Allow two business days for these requests to be processed.
