About Us The “Alum Club” is an extension of the TeamBuilders Academy (TBA) and established to provide TBA Completers with professional development, career coaching, and continuing education assistance. Membership Requirements TBA alum is required to complete community service and actively participate in Alum-Club activities/events throughout the year. Events/Workshops TBA offers activities for its alum, throughout the year, in the form of specialized training sessions, hands on workshops, and informational seminars.
