EGL-2160 - Adv Creative Writing

An intensive, genre-specific workshop which aims to further the philosophies, issues and possibilities of craft explored in its predecessor, EGL 215. This course will encourage the serious creative writing student to pursue more sophisticated and complex expression in a selected genre (fiction, poetry or drama). Although the course will contain reading and analysis of contemporary authors, the focus will be on the creation of original work with constructive feedback from peers considered during the revision process.
