HLE-2000 - Appl Concepts Fitness/Wellness

Includes the study and practical application of principles for optimizing wellness, including health, fitness, nutrition, weight control and stress management. Individual fitness, nutrition and wellness will be evaluated and implemented through the use of labs, self assessment tools, weight training and cardiorespiratory activities. (Students may not receive credit for both HLE 200 and PED 2000.)
