HSM-711 - Hospitality Computer Operation

Provides an overview of the information needs of lodging properties and food service establishments. The course covers the essential aspects of computer systems such as hardware, software, and generic applications, computer-based property management/sales/revenue management and accounting systems for both front and back office functions, as well as features of computerized restaurant management systems.
