PAR-2590 - Domestic Relations

A study of the law and the practice of domestic relations, including prenuptial and separation agreements, divorce, alimony, child support, custody and visitation. Emphasis is on the special pleadings and documents to be prepared for the courts, the agreements to be drawn between the parties, the grounds for divorce and separation, and the defenses presented.
