This introduction to the Assisted Living Manager Program will focus on the philosophy of assisted living and the impact of the aging process on adults and their families. This is the first of five modules in the 80-hour Assisted Living Manager Program and must be taken first Topics will include: the stages of the aging process and their identification, methods of intervention to maintain safety and wellbeing of aging residents and the resident's bill of rights. Modules must be taken in order and students must score an average of 80 percent for course completion.
