In this course, you'll see demonstrated Microsoft Word's more advanced features. Topics covered include: how to create an index, a list of figures, tables of contents; how to perform desktop publishing, a mail merge, and use macros. Requirements: Microsoft Word 2007 or Microsoft Office 2007 (any edition) are all acceptable (software must be installed and fully operational before the course begins); Microsoft Windows XP or Vista; Internet access, e-mail, the Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox Web browser, and the Adobe Flash and PDF plug-ins (two free and simple downloads you obtain at http://www.adobe.com/downloads by clicking Get Adobe Flash Player and Get Adobe Reader). Note: This course is not suitable for Macintosh users.
