AGR-320 - Composting: Urban Agriculture

An introduction to community composting, this course will include a walk-through of the composting process, explore ?recipes? for effective composting, and compare different approaches to composting, particularly bins versus windrows. The course will also cover incorporating worms into your compost system for a value-added product (worm castings). A materials fee of $20 payable to the instructor is due at the beginning of the first class.
