This course is designed to provide students with the fundamentals of the new office interface and functionality of Microsoft Office 2007. Topics include using the navigation tools in Word, Excel, and Access; creating and sharing documents, preparing charts, and using databases to manage, query, design forms and generate reports. Prerequisite: OFC 314 Introduction to Keyboarding or OFC 386 Keyboarding for Business Documents and Reports. Text Books Required: MS Word 2007, Level (Element K. Press), MS Excel 2007, Level 1 (Element K Press), MS Access 2007, Level 1, (Element K. Press). Students should also bring a USB Compatible flash drive to each class on which to store data.
