ATH-347 - Introduction to Belly Dance

Instructor, Karima Aliz, will teach basic belly dance isolations, traveling steps, and common rhythms leading to a veil choreography. Whether for creative expression or fitness, belly dance will help develop physical strength, balance, and flexibility. Comfortable clothing, socks or dance shoes are recommend. Please bring or available for purchase from the instructor: A three year dance veil, a set of four finger cymbals and an optional hip tie.
