ATH-353 - Cardio Kickboxing

This workout mixes aerobic and kickboxing elements which incorporate the use of your fists, elbows, knees, and feet. This intensive cardiovascular program will transition you from a warm to intense high kicking workout and increase your heart rate. Meets concurrently with credit course PED-1030.
