BUS-414 - Legal Issues for Business Owne

Every business person knows that the advice of a good attorney can be critical to success. This course provides the opportunity to discuss business/legal issues with an attorney who has owned and operated numerous small and large businesses. Topics will include: a business owner's rights and liability under the law, what to do if sued, how to limit to liability exposure, customer nonpayment issues, operating a business from your house, and other issues relevant to participating students.
