This course is designed to provide electricians with an understanding of the principles of grounding. The information provided is based on the 2008 National Electric Code. Topics to be discussed include grounding electrical systems, service and main bonding jumpers, grounding electrodes and conductors, bonding enclosures and equipment, and clearing ground faults and short circuits.
