This course covers decision-making analysis for real estate investment based on both the characteristics of the investment property and the availability and cost of funds as well as cash-flow forecasting, arrangement of financing, creative financing, tax implications and timing of disposal of property. Course methodology includes use of spreadsheets and financial calculators. Meets concurrently with credit course BRE-2030. Text and a Texas Instruments-BAII plus calculator required.
