SPP-310 - Personal Health/Physical Fitne

Get started on the road to proper nutrition and physical fitness. Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of proper nutrition and physical fitness. Topics will include selecting and preparing nutritious meals, developing healthy relationships with peers, and the importance of exercise in leading a healthy lifestyle.
