In this hands-on class, students learn the fundamentals of documentary video production from the initial concept, production to final product. The course covers best practices in interviewing, audio, light setups and effective sequencing of shots for documentaries. Students will be shown how to prepare photos for productions, use a green screen and chroma-key in Final Cut Pro. Learn how to present multimedia content on the web and methods currently used by industry for presentation and distribution.
