MGT-704 - Strategic HR Thinking:

This course is intended to prepare participants to implement organizational-level strategies used to analyze the processes by which Human Resources Management (HRM) handles the various business functions in an efficient and effective manner. Participants will be able to: Assess and analyze organizational strategic approaches; analyze the HR impact of organizational strategies; develop an HR strategy aligned with the organizational strategy; communicate an HR strategy to the "C" suite; understand how to implement HR strategies and learn how to evaluate HR strategies.
