HRT-311 - Home Vegetable Gardening 101

This course will cover the steps a beginning gardener will need to be successful in starting a home vegetable garden, including: site selection and soil preparation (including container gardening), seeds vs. transplants, specific crops, garden maintenance and troubleshooting, and harvesting. The student will be provided with myriad resources for ensuring success throughout the entire growing season, and a Continuing Education Certificate in Home Vegetable Gardening will be awarded upon completion of the course.
