HRT-319 - A History of Kudzu

In depth look at changing perceptions about the vine that ate the Confederacy, kudzu. An historic look, from Marco Polo to the present, of the uses and evils of kudzu as social perspectives change through time. The impact of this species on uses, issues and policies involving food, fuel, fiber, forage, feed, flowers and forests will be considered.
