ENR-549 - U.S. Diplomacy: 21st Century

George Clack, currently a senior adviser for internet content to the U.S. State Department, will review the traditional ways of carrying our foreign policy and then explain how the end of the Cold War, the rise of the internet, and the popularity of social media have turned the old paradigms upside down. Clack is the former director of the Office of Publications in the State Department's Bureau of International Information Programs, where he also served as creative director for the internet magazine ejournal USA.
