SPP-351 - Meal Planning and Preparation

The focus of this course is to teach basic cooking skills and expose participants to skills needed to prepare healthy meals. Activities include planning meals, determining ingredients/utensils needed to prepare the meal, creating shopping lists and preparing meals. Participants experience interactive tasting and cooking activities. Instructor: Debrah Martin.
