SPP-353 - Reading Essentials

This course will integrate reading, writing, spelling, vocabulary, grammar, and spoken English. Each student comes to this class with a unique set of skills and needs. Students will be expected to work to meet the objectives of the class, beginning at their current level and progressing at their individual pace. The students will practice these skills through a sequential reading program. Writing skills will be taught using various writing activities that emphasize grammar, punctuation, capitalization and spelling. Instructor: Marie Schablein.
