HIS-380 - World History

This course is designed to teach students about major historical events of the 20th and 21st centuries and their impact on contemporary society. Topics covered include but are not limited to World War I; the Russian Revolution; The Treaty of Versailles; World War II; Hitler and the Third Reich; the atomic bomb; the Cold War; the Korean and Vietnam Wars; the Middle East conflicts; and the Taliban and Muslim influence worldwide.
