Office of Development
The Office of Development works in coordination with the Prince George’s Community College (PGCC) Foundation, Inc. (501(c)3) in order to raise the needed private dollars for the college’s strategically-driven initiatives.
Within the office, there are three distinct functions:
- Alumni Relations and Programs – This area works specifically with the PGCC Alumni Association and special programs, that include the PGCC Alumni Association’s Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament. This area is also a resource for alumni services, volunteer opportunities and special programs.
- Corporate and Foundation Relations – The corporate and foundation relations area serves as a liaison with internal divisions and private entities - establishing and maintaining partnerships to maximize outcomes that financially support programs that meet the demands of students and the community.
- Fundraising and Special Events - This area oversees the Legacy Circle Annual Giving Program, specialized programs, events, and scholarship efforts.
