Program Summary

PGCC is not just for adults! We offer a robust series of programs for youth too! PGCC Youth Programs are divided into three functional groups:

  • Summer Youth Program -- for students leaving grades 2-7, looking for an intellectually challenging summer paired with fun, interest-based activities;
  • Home Schooling -- to provide the classes parents need to fill the gaps in home schooling efforts – where specialized equipment or knowledge is required or where group efforts are integral to the learning process; and
  • TAG Programs -- for “talented and gifted” underage students who do not yet have a high school diploma or GED and who do not meet the age requirements for concurrent enrollment, yet their level of learning and knowledge qualifies them for advanced study.

The following courses are examples only. Not all courses are offered every semester, nor are they necessarily available to students in all functional groups. Please see the Schedule of Classes for details.
