PGCC Strategic Plan
Welcome to the Strategic Planning webpage of Prince George's Community College. Since our last strategic plan which ended in 2005, we have made tremendous progress toward our goals of increasing access, building capacity and becoming a national leader among community colleges. We have also worked hard to establish strong partnerships with Prince George’s County schools, agencies and businesses and to respond quickly and creatively to community and workforce needs.
Prince George’s Community College is unique among institutions of higher education in the county in the diversity of the populations it serves and the range of opportunities it offers. As can be seen on these pages, the college has developed an ambitious strategic plan, and we welcome the participation of all those who have a stake in the college’s future. This is the community’s college, and it exists to help fulfill the individual and collective aspirations of local residents. We offer our thanks and appreciation to all those who were involved in the strategic planning process.
