Flexible Learning Options
Prince George's Community College allows students to learn in many ways, in many places and at any time. At the main campus in Largo and at our three degree-granting extension centers, we provide flexible scheduling -- offering weekend, evening and accelerated courses as well as traditional daytime courses. Computer-based distance learning makes it possible for you to connect to courses even though you are not in the same location as your instructor or even with your classmates -- giving you flexibility in time, location and pace of study.
In some cases, you can even earn credit through national testing programs, by challenge examination, by work experience through an internship, or have your past professional and personal experiences evaluated through portfolio assessment.
