AQUATICS

Prince George's Community College and the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission are pleased to jointly offer classes at the Robert I. Bickford Natatorium on the college campus. Young and old, swimmers and non-swimmers - there's a class for everyone!


PROGRAM SUMMARY

LEARN TO SWIM

Bubblers (6 Months-36 Months Old)
Bobbers (3 Years-5 Years, Beginner)|
Floaters (3 Years-5 Years, Intermediate)
Strokers (3 Years-5 Years, Advanced)
Youth 1 – Youth 6 (6 Years-13 Years, Beginner - Advanced)
Adult 1 – Adult 4 (14 and over, Beginner - Advanced)


WATER AEROBICS

Water Aerobics - General conditioning through a variety of movements in chest-to shoulder-depth water.

Deep Water Aerobics - No-impact exercise conducted in 13 feet of water. Flotation devices provided; non-swimmers welcome.

CERTIFICATION TRAINING

Lifeguard Training - Learn the skills required of lifeguards at pools; earn American Red Cross Lifeguard / First Aid Certification and CPR / AED for the Professional Rescuer Certification.
