Commission are pleased to jointly offer classes at the Robert I. Bickford
Natatorium on the college campus. Young and old, swimmers and non-swimmers -
there's a class for everyone!

1 – Youth 6 (6 Years-13 Years, Beginner - Advanced)

1 – Adult 4 (14 and over, Beginner - Advanced)
WATER AEROBICS
Water
Aerobics - General conditioning through a variety of movements in chest-to
shoulder-depth water.
Deep
Water Aerobics - No-impact exercise conducted in 13 feet of water. Flotation
devices provided; non-swimmers welcome.
CERTIFICATION
TRAINING
Lifeguard
Training - Learn the skills required of lifeguards at pools; earn American Red
Cross Lifeguard / First Aid Certification and CPR / AED for the Professional
Rescuer Certification.
