Lifelong Fitness

Updated: Jan 05

Program Summary

The President’s Council on Fitness recommends that all adults should be physically active at least 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week – if you’re a college student, a young parent, a senior citizen, and even if you’re physically impaired. Physical fitness is a general state of good physical health as a result of proper diet and nutrition, sufficient rest through good sleeping habits, but most of all – through regular physical activity to increase fexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and muscular strength and endurance. At Prince George's Community College, we can help you make that 30 minutes more fun.
