MAT-0104 - Intermediate Algebra

Preparation for required math classes on the STEM, applied/business, and teacher education pathways. Content includes linear systems; rational expressions and equations; functions and relations; expressions and equations involving radicals and rational exponents; complex numbers, solving and graphing quadratic equations; exponential and logarithmic functions. Prerequisite: Math placement score or C or higher in MAT 0071 (formerly DVM 0071). Reading proficiency level or co-enrollment in reading course. 4 EH (Equivalent Hours)
