TED-1110 - Disp/Behav for Edus. Settings

Focuses on professional dispositions and behaviors that are required to be successful in the field of teacher education. Students will be introduced to the NAEYC code of ethics, InTASC standards for professionalism, and other needed professional behaviors. Students will be required to demonstrate these behaviors in simulated and real-life situations. Students in the AAS program in Early Childhood Education must pass this course with a grade of "B" or better. Those failing this course for the second time cannot continue in the AAS in Early Childhood Education program. Prerequisite: Reading proficiency; Required corequisite: TED-1100.
