AFA 1030 Black Diasporic Studies Abroad Course Information

In this course, students focus on the study of the African Diaspora. Students analyze a variety of scholarly sources to explore the history, global impact and significance of this concept and the various waves of emigration from Africa, with special reference to the trans-Atlantic slave trade of the 15th through the 19th centuries.
