New Student Orientation Kick-Off, Resource Fair, and Hybrid Convocation

When: Thursday, August 22 | 11 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Where: Center for Performing Arts (CPA), Grand Theater at Largo Campus

11-11:30 a.m. 
Check-In at CPA Lobby
11:30-11:50 a.m.
Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Presentation 

Learn about your rights regarding your education records.

11:55 a.m.-12:30 p.m. 
Title IX Presentation

Understand the policies and resources related to promoting a culture of respect and equality and prohibiting sexual discrimination and sex-based harassment.

11:30-11:50 a.m.
Students' Rights and Responsibilities

Overview of the Student Code of Content and expectations for student behavior.

1:00-2:30 p.m.
Resource Fair and Lunch Break

Have lunch, explore campus resources, and connect with various departments and organizations at the Resource Fair.

Note: Food trucks located on campus will offer lunch. If you are a student, please ensure you receive a ticket for free lunch.

2:30-3:00 p.m.
Conclude Resource Fair and Lunch Break
3:00-3:30 p.m.
Check-In and Seating for Convocation Ceremony
3:30-4:30 p.m.
