PGCC Joins Maryland Education Alliance
February 15, 2023 - Prince George’s Community College (PGCC) has joined six other Maryland community colleges to form the Maryland Education Alliance (MEA) to further boost students’ opportunities to earn associate degrees or certificates in the health care disciplines across the state.

February 21, 2023 - Students from Maryland’s 16 community colleges join today in support of Student Advocacy Day, an annual event sponsored by the Maryland Association of Community Colleges (MACC) that provides a platform for students to meet directly with elected officials to make a case for continued state support of community colleges.
PGCC Appoints Chanelle Whittaker as Vice President of Equity, Culture, and Talent
February 27, 2023 - Prince George’s Community College (PGCC) announced today the appointment of Chanelle Whittaker, Esq., as vice president for Equity, Culture, and Talent. Whittaker was selected for the position from a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates and will assume her role on February 27.
