Commencement 2023 Information

Commencement exercises were held at the Show Place Arena on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 10 a.m. The following resources are still available.

Diploma Distribution

For spring 2023 graduates who opted to have their diplomas mailed on their graduation application:

• Diplomas will be sent to the diploma address starting June 5. If a diploma mailing address was not provided, the diploma will be sent to the permanent address on file.

For spring 2023 graduates who opted to pick up their diploma:

• Diplomas will be available in Bladen 126 starting June 5. Any diplomas not picked up by June 16 will be mailed to the student's permanent address on file.

Information about diploma distribution for summer 2023 graduates will be sent later this summer.

Students may update their permanent address in Owl Link. Instructions for updating an address in Owl Link can be found here.

Live Webcast and Television Playbacks

Commencement will be broadcast live in real-time via the College’s PGCC TV YouTube channel. The live broadcast may also be viewed on PGCC TV on Verizon FiOS channel 44, on Xfinity Channel 75, and in HD on Xfinity Channel 995.

Besides the live broadcast, many repeat viewing opportunities will be available on PGCC TV on Verizon FiOS channel 44, on Xfinity channel 75, and in HD on Xfinity channel 995. All of these channels are within Prince George’s County.
