Joint Base Andrews
Access for Civilians
Civilian students, faculty, or staff without military affiliation must follow security clearance procedures in order to obtain a long-term badge for access to Joint Base Andrews. Badges are issued at the Base Visitor Center located at 1832 Robert M Bond Dr., just inside the Allentown Rd. main gate. Badges are valid only for the days and times noted on the badge.
Classes are approximately one mile from the main gate, and bus service is no longer available on base. Students who must walk or be driven by a non-student are discouraged from attending class on base.
Access for Military Personnel
Military personnel who have an unexpired photo ID may use their current card for access to Joint Base Andrews.
