Active duty members of the United States Armed Forces are eligible for reduced tuition rates based on the following criteria:
Active duty military personnel and their dependents who are domiciliary of the state of Maryland at the time of entrance into the Armed Forces and who are stationed outside the state may retain Maryland domicile as long as they do not establish domicile elsewhere. Military personnel stationed in Maryland who were not Maryland domiciliary at the time of entrance into the Armed Forces and their dependents may be considered state residents for tuition purposes as long as they remain on active duty in the state. Those who reside and/or are stationed in Prince George's County will be immediately considered county residents for tuition purposes.
