Level Placement Programs

Level Placement Programs have a process to place a new student in a class level commensurate with their skill level and/or experience. An audition for entrance into the program is not required. However, it is recommended that each interested student attend a bi-semester placement class.

Level Placement Programs include:

Liberal and Creative Arts

  • Dance: There is an official pre-registration and dance audition for dance technique courses. Contact the Academic Coordinator of Dance at veigakl@pgcc.edu.
  • Music: There is no official audition, but the Music Department prefers to hear the students play to better advise them on the best path. Contact the Academic Coordinator of Music at umbachka@pgcc.edu.
