I’m so grateful to be a beneficiary of the PepsiCo Foundation Uplift Scholarship. I’d like to say a big THANK YOU for your substantial financial support towards my education. My major is Cybersecurity and after I complete my courses at Prince George’s Community College, I plan to obtain in a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity. My goal is to become a digital forensics expert. I plan on using the scholarship funds provided to continue taking classes and training in cybersecurity. I’m so thankful to PepsiCo for this amazing opportunity.

The PepsiCo Foundation Uplift Scholarship has been instrumental in moving forward with a career. During the pandemic, I left my job that required me to work 50+ hours a week. The pay and benefits were good but I felt my integrity being compromised on many occasions. I wanted to find something that I would allow me to be a business owner and give me some work life balance. This scholarship helped me pay for a license that will propel me to business ownership and in the end, a better quality of life. I’m very appreciative of the opportunity, especially for someone who’s already graduated but receiving another chance to continue my education and redefine myself.
